Every price is design-only; files arrive ready to print or mill. Implant planning + surgical guide $90/case (1-2 implants), +$25 per additional implant. You pay after you approve.

Every case is planned and reviewed by me personally, never a CAD-farm queue. Minor revisions (same implant positions, same prosthetic plan) are unlimited and free. If the design isn't right, you don't pay.

Questions, answered straight.

For single and partial cases: a CBCT in DICOM plus an intraoral scan in STL, and the implant system and guided kit you will use. For edentulous and full-arch cases add a scan of the existing denture or a radiographic guide (dual-scan protocol), a bite record or VDO, and a photo with the lips at rest. I tell you the same day if anything is missing.
Standard cases in 24-48 hours. Rush or same-day is +30% when available. Complex full-arch cases run 48-72 hours, stated before I start. The 24-48h promise is for single and partial cases.
Nearly all of them. I plan in exocad/exoplan and Blue Sky Plan, whose libraries cover the major implant lines and guided kits. Tell me your system and kit when you send the case; if it is not in the library I tell you before I start. I do not design a guided case around a generic sleeve: that offset is what sets the depth.
After you approve the design, not before. You approve on the screenshots and report, I invoice, and the production files are released when the invoice is paid. The turnaround clock starts when I confirm your files are complete: 24-48h standard, 48-72h full-arch (stated before I start). If I miss it, that case is free.
Patient files travel only through an encrypted upload link I send you, never as email attachments and never over WhatsApp. Export the DICOM anonymized if your CBCT software allows it; I never need the patient's name. Files are kept for the life of the case and its revisions, then deleted.
You are the treating clinician and you verify the plan before surgery; I make that fast. Every implant case comes back with a planning report (implant positions, sizes, sleeve offsets, drill sequence) and screenshots so you can check it in minutes. Guide accuracy also depends on your CBCT quality, scan fit and printer calibration; I flag anything in the data I would not drill on myself.
You do. Every STL, report and project file is yours to keep, reprint and reuse; I keep no rights to the design and never show a case without your written yes. Formats: STL for guides and restorations, PDF report, exocad or Blue Sky Plan project on request.
