All-on-X · Full arch · Remote

All-on-X and full-arch design service for U.S. labs.

Full-arch cases planned from the final teeth back: implant positions, the screw-retained provisional and the final All-on-X design from one designer, in your working hours, invoiced after you approve.

Full-arch design on screen: the planned teeth over the scanned arch

One plan carries the whole arch

The tooth setup comes first, then the implant and multi-unit positions to support it, then the provisional, then the final. Because one person plans and designs every stage, the provisional you load on surgery day and the final you deliver months later come from the same plan.

Stackable packages are for arches that need bone reduction: a pin-fixated foundation base, the bone-reduction guide and the implant guide, all keyed to that one foundation so nothing is re-registered mid-surgery. Anchor-pin positions are planned with the bone, not added afterwards. The immediate-load provisional is designed from the same plan and priced separately.

What you send, what comes back

You send

  • CBCT (DICOM)
  • Intraoral scans and, for edentulous arches, a scan of the existing denture or a wax-up
  • Implant system, multi-unit abutments, guided kit
  • Vertical dimension and esthetic references you already have

You get back

  • Implant and multi-unit positions
  • Screw-retained immediate-load provisional design
  • Final All-on-X restorative design, milling- or print-ready
  • Pin-fixated stackable guide package when ordered
A full-arch bar design shown over the CBCT it was planned on
The bar, the multi-unit positions and the teeth are one design, checked against the bone before anything is milled.

Why send it here

One plan, one designer

The tooth setup, the implant positions, the provisional you load on surgery day and the final you deliver months later all come from one plan, reviewed by the same person.

Answered in your working hours

Questions about implant positions or about the provisional are answered while your lab is open. Aruba runs on Atlantic time: the same clock as U.S. Eastern during daylight time, one hour ahead in winter.

Approved before invoiced

The provisional and the final are each approved before anything is invoiced. Minor revisions are unlimited, and if the stated turnaround is missed that case is free.

Built for your parts

Multi-unit abutments, screw channels and the provisional are designed to the parts your surgeon and lab already use. Tell me the system and the kit with the case; if either is not in the libraries I run, you hear it before I start.

Pricing

Every price is design only. You review the plan and the design before you pay: approval is on the report and the screenshots, and the production files are released when the invoice is settled. Revisions inside the approved plan are included. The turnaround clock starts when I confirm your files are complete and stops while I am waiting on an answer from you; if I miss the turnaround I stated when I accepted the case, that case is free.

Questions U.S. labs ask, answered

How long does a full arch take?

Standard cases are 24–48 hours. Complex full-arch cases are 48–72 hours and the turnaround is stated up front when the case is received, not after.

Do you design for a specific multi-unit system?

Any system. Multi-unit abutments, screw channels and the provisional are designed to the parts your surgeon and lab use.

Can the lab deliver this as its own work?

Yes. Files arrive under your laboratory's name with no branding of mine. Many laboratories use the service as overflow capacity or as a full-arch department they do not have to staff.

Is this a U.S. company?

No. NB Digital Dentistry is Nicolás Petersen, a digital dentistry designer based in Aruba, working remotely for laboratories and clinics in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Aruba is on Atlantic time, so the working day overlaps the U.S. Eastern business day.

How do files travel, and what about patient data?

You receive an encrypted upload link. Patient files never travel as email attachments and never over WhatsApp. Send the CBCT (DICOM) and intraoral scans (STL) with no patient identifiers in the file names; the design work needs none.

Who carries the regulatory responsibility, and who owns the plan?

You do, on both counts. The deliverable is a design file: printing, materials, sterilisation and every regulatory obligation stay with your laboratory or clinic, as they would for a design your own technician produced. The treating clinician prescribes the case, approves every implant position on their own screen and is solely responsible for the decision to place. I design to that prescription and tell you about anything in the data I would not drill on.

You approve the design before you pay.

The first case is free — one implant plan and guide of up to two implants for a clinic, or three restorative units for a laboratory, one per practice. Judge the files on your own equipment first.
